Elegant Initial Birthday Cookies

Celebrating her 15th birthday, Chelsea's mom wanted to create a special day for her that included Sweet Handmade cookies.  She left the design up to me and I wanted to create something beautiful and elegant for this lovely young lady.  Happy birthday, Chelsea!
