Amsterdam Coat of Arms Cookies

If you have been to Amsterdam, you have seen this symbol.  At the core of Amsterdam's coat of arms, the "XXX" is actually three vertical St. Andrew's Crosses.  My family spent a good part of July is this incredible city, the city of my birth, where we lived as locals in a rented house.  My love affair with this incredible city is strong!

Ooh La La Paris Inspired Cookies

Superhero Cookies

Superhero Cookies, including Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Spiderman and Captain America.  I will admit to being completely in the dark about all of these characters, being the mom of girls.  I do think the cookies are cute though!

VW Bus Cookies

I was very excited to hand deliver these cookies!  I made them for my brother who lives in the Netherlands and has a thing about VW busses.  My family and I spent 3 and half weeks in Amsterdam and France this July, what an amazing holiday we had.

Medal Cookies

I created over 100 medal cookies for a private school in Caledon.

Third Birthday Cookies

For Nathan's 3rd birthday, his daddy ordered cookies.  I flooded the cookies and was happily piping the number 2 on the fourth cookie when I suddenly thought "isn't he turning 3?!"

Luckily I was able to salvage the cookies and went on to finish the order correctly!

Happy birthday Nathan!!

Throwback Thursday - Hockey Jersey Cookies

Sweet Pea Baby Shower Cookies (With Matching Cake) for Twins

Another great project with Tobi Goldspink Cakes.  Teresa wanted cookies and a matching cake to celebrate the upcoming birth of her brother's twins, a boy and a girl.  I could provide the cookies and I recommended Tobi who could provide the cake.  Teresa told us how many guests she was having and Tobi and I did the rest!  As usual, working with Tobi was great and since I am a customer as well as her friend, I know Tobi's cake tasted as incredible as it looked!!  Oh, and my cookies were amazing too.  I know, I've tasted a few!

Thinking About Easter Cookies

It is not too early to think about Easter (the first weekend in April).  My designs and prices are still to be finalized, although these cuties will be an option, but let me know now you are interested in placing an order and I will save a spot on my calendar.  Lately, some of my savvy customers do just that because my cookie calendar is usually booked solid with customer orders making it difficult to offer seasonal sets.

Kung Hei Fat Choy - Year of the Sheep/Goat Cookies

Kung Hei Fat Choy!  Happy Chinese New Year!  Today marks the most important Chinese holiday and 2015 marks the year of the Sheep or Goat.

Elizabeth contacted me for cookies to help her little guy Charley celebrate his heritage with his friends and what better way than cookies?  In addition to a cute goat on half of the cookies, the other half have the Chinese character that means friendship!  I loved making these cookies and received the best compliment from Elizabeth's husband who thought I did an excellent job with the Chinese character.  I have the best customers!!
