Amsterdam Coat of Arms Cookies
If you have been to Amsterdam, you have seen this symbol. At the core of Amsterdam's coat of arms, the "XXX" is actually three vertical St. Andrew's Crosses. My family spent a good part of July is this incredible city, the city of my birth, where we lived as locals in a rented house. My love affair with this incredible city is strong!

Hot Air Balloon Cookies for a 1st Birthday
A favourite set of mine, made together with the vintage airplane cookies for a first birthday celebration. From this angle you can clearly see the light browning on my cookies, this caramelization makes my cookies extra delicious!

Superhero Cookies
Superhero Cookies, including Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Spiderman and Captain America. I will admit to being completely in the dark about all of these characters, being the mom of girls. I do think the cookies are cute though!
